- Service. italianwebgallery.it is a design gallery and competition run by Mosaic and operated by Haydamax OÜ (registry code 17351554, Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia). Participation in competitions is governed by the Official Rules; these terms cover use of the site and your account.
- Account. You sign in with Chakloon Passport. Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for actions in your account and your organisation account. One person — one personal account; multiple accounts to vote are prohibited.
- Acceptable use. No fake accounts, purchased or exchanged votes, scraping that harms the service, attempts to access other accounts, unlawful or infringing content, harassment of entrants or jurors.
- Content you post. You keep your rights and grant the licence set out in the Official Rules. You are responsible for having all permissions for what you upload.
- Notices of illegal content. Anyone may report content at hello@italianwebgallery.it with the link and the reason. We review reports without undue delay and inform the reporter and the affected user of our decision and its reasons. Decisions can be appealed by replying to the decision email.
- Moderation and suspension. We may decline or remove entries and suspend accounts that breach these terms or the Official Rules, always with the reason.
- Fees and invoices. Fees are listed in the Official Rules and charged through Stripe; invoices are issued by Haydamax OÜ.
- Availability and liability. The site is provided as is; we aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Liability is limited as in the Official Rules.
- Changes. We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the site and by email.
- Law. Estonian law; mandatory consumer protection of your country applies.
